RUTH HELENA BURKETT Ruth Helena Burkett, aged 95 years, of Gilbert Plains, MB, passed away at the Gilbert Plains Health Centre on Wednesday, November 20, 2002. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Surviving is one son William "Chick" Burkett of Dauphin, MB; one daughter Georgia Laing of Brandon, MB; one grandson Brad Laing of Courtney, BC; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
